What to expect
Simple, unhurried and focused on you, from the first conversation to aftercare.
Consultation
We talk through how you feel, your routine and any health conditions we should know about.
Your plan
We suggest the therapy, or combination of therapies, that suits you, and explain what it involves.
Session
Relax in a clean, calm room while your therapist works at a pace and pressure you’re comfortable with.
Aftercare
Simple advice to take home, plus a follow-up schedule if more sessions would help.
Please tell your therapist before your session if you are pregnant, have a pacemaker or other implanted device (important for TENS), a bleeding disorder or take blood thinners, skin conditions, diabetes, or any recent injury or surgery. Our therapies are complementary wellness services and are not a substitute for diagnosis or treatment by a registered medical practitioner.
Other therapies
All holistic therapiesAcupuncture
Very fine, sterile, single-use needles are placed at selected points on the body, drawing on traditional Chinese practice to encourage balance and relaxation.
Cupping Therapy
Cups create gentle suction on the skin, lifting the soft tissue beneath. A traditional technique used to ease tightness and refresh tired muscles.
Reflexology
Focused pressure on specific points of the feet and hands, based on the traditional idea that these areas relate to the rest of the body.
